Our Story
A family-owned restaurant in Mt. Washington, serving fresh, made-to-order halal dishes just steps from Pittsburgh’s scenic overlook.
Kavsar has been part of the local community for over a decade, built on simple values: hospitality, consistency, and care. We created this place to offer something people can rely on — warm, satisfying food in a setting that feels comfortable and genuine.
Every dish is prepared to order. We don’t cook in bulk or reheat meals — each plate is made fresh, with attention to quality and detail you can taste.
